. #3. So i managed to get the injectors out. But theres a bit of a problem. The injector that was chuffing has split the copper washer in 2. 1 half came out on the injector, the other stayed down the hole. I planned on recutting the seat but how do i get the remaining half copper washer unstuck from the head without falling into the

PassatTDI Injector loom. Fitted to a 1.9 TDI PD Passat easy enough to fit after heating up the loom to get it into the engine against the bulk head, only took 3 hours to fit, engine now running well after running very rough. Loom looks like it’s well made good thick wiring. Expensive for what it is but cheaper than from VW.

Hieveryone, I have a 2.0ltr Tdi BKD Audi A3 s line automatic triptronic with a 2 stage remap. its been running a bit rubbish recently , symptoms are running under 2000rpms the engine will judder and misfire, then it will go into a form of limp mode where it loses all power and won’t pull. knocking it into neutral switching it off then back on
